Baking Tip…

As many of you know, we make many different kinds of scones and muffins, one trick that we do, is to grind a whole citrus fruit in the food processor to add to our muffins and scones…you can use every bit of the fruit that way and intensify the citrus flavour…at the moment i am loving the blood oranges that we are getting in, I know they are Italian and the carbon footprint isn’t the best, but at least they are from the EU…. they make a beautiful orange juice by the way!
