Baking tip: use a kitchen timer.

could save lots of grief and sadness, for the delicious things you are baking.

there’s been countless times, where we’ve been jammers to the wall in the cafe with some tasty meringue tartlets baking. bam, someone forgets to set the timer, we lose track of time, and its charcoal briquet on top of that lovely french lemon cream. what can you do? nothing, just use a timer!
