The opening party…

Well… after all of the cleaning, painting and electrics, the opening exhibition finally happened! The art was great, we had six artist’s exhibiting and the cafe looked AMAZING! We served, our new fat, dairy and wheat free vanilla cupcake, mini mexican chocolate cakes and some bruschetta…we also had a lovely prosecco punch made with a wild gorse flower cordial, for the non-drinkers we made a beautiful blood orange lemonade…speaking of blood oranges, they are available now, so if you see them use them! today we made blood orange muffins, with almond and chocolate…if you want to use citrus in your muffins, just grind the whole thing up in a food processor and bang into the mix, same goes for scones..
