Yesterday, Taylor made some foccacia in the bakery, there was one round that didn’t meet the Diva standard… so, at lunch time we made a Muffuletta with the round! Here are some photo’s to show you how nice a focaccia round can be!

Also, for those of you who are asking,”What is a muffuletta?”, I posted a link…Ours wasn’t the traditional one, but close enough!

add cheese, semi-sundried tomatoes..


grilled aubergine and salami a bit of organic greens… Press…

And what a tasty sandwich you have!!
